Who is Grooves for?
For golfers of all skill levels who are serious about improving their game. From casual players (handicap 36+) looking to structure their practice sessions to club players (handicap 10–5) aiming to break through a plateau. We tailor the drills and intensity to your skill level.
How much time per week should you spend on it?
Sessions typically last about 60 minutes, but you can make them shorter or longer. The ideal is 2 to 3 sessions per week. You choose your workout days when you create the program, and if you can’t make it one day, you can skip that session without disrupting the program.
Does it replace a human coach?
No, and that’s not the point. Grooves fills the gap between lessons. A coach teaches you a movement. Grooves gives you the structure to master it in 8 weeks at the driving range. The two complement each other very well—in fact, you can share your program with your coach.
