Who is Grooves for?
Golfers of all levels who actually want to improve. From casual players (handicap 36+) wanting to structure their practice to club players (handicap 5-10) trying to break a plateau. We adapt drills and intensity to your level.
How much time per week?
Trainings are about 60 minutes by default but you can make them shorter or longer. The sweet spot is 2 to 3 trainings per week. You pick your training days when you create the program, and if you skip one day you can drop that training without breaking the program.
Does it replace a human coach?
No, and that's not the point. Grooves fills the gap between lessons. A coach teaches you the move. Grooves gives you the structure to drill it in over 8 weeks at the range. The two complement each other — you can share your program with your coach.
Is it really free?
